The American men who best understand this comparison are those who have found their Asian mates abroad and then brought them back to the U.S. to live. The irony is that the reason American men go to Asia is to escape feminists who push, badger and nag…who spend more time doing their make-up and shopping than caring for their man…who demand and command rather than nurturing and supporting.
Contrary to the often aggressive, confrontational, competitive nature of many American females, Asian women are sweet, giving, gentle, and caring. Rather than testing, challenging and controlling their man, their culture teaches them to support, care for, and pamper him. They dedicate their lives to their man.
All of this can indeed be true – while they are in Asia. But things can change when your sweet, gentle Asian sweetie comes to the States. After just a few months
she can become westernized and become the very difficult American woman you went to Asia to avoid. There are cases of American men marrying a filipina, bringing her to the States and then soon returning to the Philippines to live, to recapture the loving, easy-to-be-with attitude their Asian woman lost in the U.S.
There is another significant difference between Asian girls in the U.S. and in countries like China, Thailand, and the Philippines. If you are 40 plus you will find few U.S. based Asian girls who respond to older men. They are more likely to set a maximum age gap of 10 years. It is totally different in China, Thailand and the Philippines. Here it is common for young girls of 22 to 25 there to date and marry men in their 50s, 60s, and 70s. This writer has an American friend of 71 in Cebu who has been married for 5 years to a filipina of 26. He, for one, would never think of returning to the States.
