One thing that I have had to learn about over in asia is being careful of “ladyboys” ( as they call them in thailand, Bakkla in philippines, or gay/transvestites as they call them here). Not that I have anything against anyone being gay, as long as you know what you are getting. Asian men are often very feminine and dainty, and can pass as amazingly beautiful women. More often than you would believe.
When you sit in a bar or a club, some of the most beautiful girls are not girls. I have seen many a man doing well with a ladyboy and had to pull him aside and let him know to his shock that the girl he’s hitting on is not a girl.
Don’t think that they are soft and weak though, if you dont treat them with respect it won’t matter if you are 6′6″ ad all muscle, you will end up in bad shape. Either from a knife or all thier friends joining in.
I have found them quite nice and very entertaining to have in your party when you go out. They are also good for telling you who else in the place is a ladyboy too. When I have gone clubbing I have always made sure I make friends with ladies in the bar early and ask them in a joking way who is who. You will find it quite surprising, though after awhile you start to get an eye for them, but if you are a newbie be prepared to be shocked. Just dont be homophobic and ask politely, and you will be fine.
Todays ramble wasn’t so much about dating a woman, more like making sure it’s a woman you are dating, unless you’re happy either way.
